Plastic surgeons reveal what work Tori Spelling may have had done

Tori Spelling’s latest look has fans doing a double take, but two top New York City plastic surgeons believe they know what work the former “Beverly Hills, 90210” star has had done.

Celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Ramtin Kassir — known nationwide for his expertise in “designer rhinoplasty” — told Page Six on Tuesday that he suspects Spelling, 48, had several procedures, including a nose job revision. (Neither surgeon Page Six spoke with has worked with Spelling.)

“She definitely did her nose again, 100 percent — unless these are so filtered [it only appears that way] — but I’m just going by what I’m seeing [in the photos],” he said.

The top doc also speculated that Spelling might have had a facelift because her jawline looks “clean,” “tight” and “rejuvenated,” he says.

“When looking at her before picture, you don’t see her nice, defined lines that you see with her now,” Kassir said, pointing specifically to the actress’s neck and clavicle area.

“She’s probably working out and in great shape, too, so that all helps, but she’s definitely had some things done to her face,” he believes. “You can do it [with filler], but in this case, the neck looks really tight.”

Dr. Howard Sobel, attending cosmetic dermatologist and dermatologic surgeon at Lenox Hill Hospital, also thinks Spelling made a few tweaks to her face, but he believes injectables — rather than surgery — are likely behind her more defined look.

“A filler was probably done as well in her cheeks, jawline and chin, giving her more definition,” he told Page Six on Tuesday, adding that the “Messyness” host likely also got Botox injections in the “11’s” on her forehead and to help lift her eyebrows.

Kassir agreed Spelling may have had either blepharoplasty or a brow lift, highlighting how her hairstylist pal Laura Rugetti’s brows sit lower on her face.

“Look at the eyebrows on Tori — you see how they kind of arch compared to her counterpart? That’s how you know she’s had a little bit of a lift,” he said.

When it comes to Spelling’s lips, Sobel believes that the mother of five “probably had filler to give them more definition and make them look more pouty.”

Meanwhile, Kassir thinks Spelling also had a lip lift since the “distance from the top of her lip to the bottom of her nose looks shorter.”

The surgeons agree, though, that Spelling’s skin looks a lot smoother, which they attribute to possible laser treatments.

“She possibly had a Fraxel laser to remove the hyperpigmentation as well as a CO2 laser to smooth out any wrinkles,” Sobel said.

Kassir also noted CO2 laser as a way to achieve Spelling’s results, telling us the procedure “resurfaces the skin and it’s like a new set of collagen and skin that grows in.”

“Tori looks fantastic, her skin is flawless without any sunspots,” Sobel said. “She looks great!”

Kassir — who has treated Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi, pictured with Spelling on the night of her big reveal — added, “[Spelling] looks the same age and I know Snooki is in her early 30s. She looks good, and quite frankly, she looks better than when she was 33 herself.”

We’re told the total cost of all the potential procedures mentioned is estimated at upwards of $100,000.

A rep for Spelling did not immediately return Page Six’s request for comment.
