The “Bad Boys for Life” star gave fans a peek at his buff body after starting his fitness journey following his coronavirus quarantine in May.

Smith, 53, documented his gym workouts in a new video posted to TikTok on Sunday where he is seen lifting heavy weights, doing pull-ups, and running on a track, all while flexing his bulging muscles.

The video shows Smith looking progressively more ripped over time.

“And to think Sundays used to be for muffins 😂” he captioned the post, adding in a hashtag to reveal he’s in the “best shape of [his] life.”

Fans flocked to the comments section to cheer the actor on after staying committed to his weight loss goals.

“Beast mode 💪🏾,” one fan commented on the post.

“This is EVERYTHING 👏👏👏👏❤️❤️❤️🔥🔥,” a second commented.

Smith has completely turned things around for himself after he revealed in May that he was in “the worst shape of his life” due to heavy snacking while in quarantine amid the coronavirus pandemic. He was honest with fans at the time, sharing a shirtless photo showing off his shocking weight gain.

That same month, Smith vowed to kick things into gear, get serious about his health, and shed the extra poundage.

“This is the body that carried me through an entire pandemic and countless days grazing thru the pantry,” the actor captioned an Instagram video at the time. “I love this body, but I wanna FEEL better. No more midnight muffins…this is it!”

Smith wasn’t kidding around seeing has he reached his goal only five months later.
