Alessandra Ambrosio and her mini-me daughter Anja, 13, recently struck a pose together in cute bikinis while vacationing Ilha Da Magia, Brazil.
“My little mermaid 🧜🏼♀️💫💖,” the 40-year-old supermodel captioned an Instagram post shared Tuesday, which shows the duo relaxing on a yacht in swimwear with their arms around each other’s shoulders and their long brunette waves similarly flipped to one side.
While Alessandra chose a terracotta-colored bikini top ($85) and matching thong bottom ($85) by Nua Swim paired with Vera Wang sunglasses ($150) for their boat outing, Anja picked a pink floral two-piece.
“Wow, are you sisters?” one commenter joked of the lookalike pair, while another wrote, “How did she grow up so fast.”
The former Victoria’s Secret Angel’s daughter is no stranger to modeling swimsuits; in November 2020, she posed with her mom in a campaign for the catwalker’s Gal Floripa line.
Alessandra and her sister, Aline, launched Gal Floripa in 2019. The label’s name was inspired by the Brazilian city of Florianopolis, aka “Floripa,” where the Ambrosios spent their summers growing up — and where Alessandra and Anja snapped their most recent photo.
And don’t be surprised if this is just the start of the latter’s fashion career.
“I want my children to do what they love, and if that’s modeling, then I would be there every step of the way to support them,” her mother told Harper’s Bazaar in 2018.
