Lizzo pulled out all the stops for her latest Galentine’s Day celebration.
The “Truth Hurts” singer, 33, celebrated the holiday of love with her team on Saturday, hosting a piercing party and dressing up in an over-the-top on-theme look.
Lizzo embraced the spirit of the holiday from head to toe in a purple velvet bikini top with a long-sleeve shrug on top. She completed the look with a matching thong and lace-up leg warmers.
But the pants-less look wasn’t even the most dramatic part of the outfit. She sported a lavender bob wig with heart-shaped buns, glitter lipstick and a 3D rhinestone-encrusted heart manicure.
Nail artist Eri Ishizu achieved the larger-than-life look with some simple products, including heart charms purchased from Amazon, she told Page Six Style. After pllaying white and clear glitter as a base, she glued on the charms and hand-placed rhinestones — about 100 per nail, she tells us — using craft glue. The entire process took about 3 hours, she said.
“[Lizzo] kind of had some idea wanted to do something very dramatic as her style,” Ishizu told us.
“I threw a piercing party for my team. They’ve been working so hard lately. I wanted to treat them to something memorable,” Lizzo captioned a TikTok video, which showed various team members piercing their noses, ears and belly buttons.
Lizzo herself added a second hole to one of her ears, admitting she was “scared.”
However, it appears the star got carried away off camera and added bling to some NSFW areas.
“I have so many piercings right now, I never thought I’d be this girl!” she said the next day, adding, “You can’t see my coochie, I can’t show you.”
