Paris Hilton and more stars congratulate Britney Spears on pregnancy
Her loneliness ain’t killing her no more.
Britney Spears was surrounded by love after announcing Monday that she is pregnant with her third child.
Paris Hilton, who has been friends with the pop star since the mid-2000s, led the pack, tweeting, “So happy for you sis! 👑 @BritneySpears 😍👸🏼 You are an incredible mother and cannot wait for your new baby on the way! 🥰❤️.”
Hilton added, “Sending all my love and congratulations your way to you and Sam! 💫👶🏼💫,” referencing Spears’ fiancé, Sam Asghari.
Over on Instagram, Iggy Azalea, who collaborated with Spears on 2015’s “Pretty Girls,” dropped the “🥳” emoji in a comment.
“Jersey Shore” star Jenni “JWoww” Farley wrote, “Congratulations 💕🍾.”
Andy Cohen added, “👏👏👏👏👏❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️.”
Chloe x Halle singer Chloe Bailey commented, “congratulations 😍😍😍.”
“RuPaul’s Drag Race” judge Michelle Visage wrote, “THRILLED for you and Sam, Britney!”
Selma Blair echoed, “I am so pleased for you both. To say the very least. Thrilled!!! 💛.”
Even Spears’ estranged sister, Jamie Lynn Spears, “liked” the post, though she did not comment.
Britney, 40, casually announced beneath a photo of a tea cup Monday that she and Asghari, 28, are expecting.
“I got a pregnancy test … and uhhhhh well … I am having a baby,” the “Toxic” singer wrote, adding that Asghari initially thought she was “food pregnant.”
A source has since confirmed the news to Page Six, telling us the expectant couple are “overjoyed.”
This will be the third child for Britney, who already shares sons Sean Preston, 16, and Jayden James, 15, with ex-husband Kevin Federline, to whom she was married from 2004 to 2007.
“He wishes her the best for a happy, healthy pregnancy and congratulates her and Sam Asghari as they plan for the excitement of parenthood together,” Federline’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, told NBC News.
Britney started dating Asghari in 2016. They got engaged last September ahead of the termination of the Grammy winner’s nearly 14-year conservatorship, under which she said she had been forced to remain on birth control.
The personal trainer-turned-actor wrote on his Instagram account Monday, “Fatherhood is something i have always looked forward to and i don’t take lightly. It is the most important job i will ever do.”
Reps for Britney and Asghari did not respond to requests for additional comment.
