Cardi B’s son already has a diamond chain to match his name
Wave hello to Cardi B and Offset’s blinged-out baby boy.
Rap’s premiere power couple shared the first Instagram photos of their 7-month-old son Thursday, finally revealing his name: Wave Set Cephus.
And just like his superstar mom, Wave already seems to like dollars, diamonds, stunting and shining.
In the sweet snaps, the tiny tot wears giant diamond studs and an enormous iced-out chain shaped like — what else? — a wave.
Suspended on a shimmering Cuban link chain layered with several other diamond necklaces, the pricey piece also include Wave’s first name spelled out in baguette diamonds, as well as a blue enamel shark riding an orange surfboard.
Wave’s chain was created by Elliot Eliantte, who’s made multiple pieces for Cardi and Offset’s 3-year-old daughter, Kulture.
When the couple’s firstborn child turned 1, they dropped $100,000 on a colorful diamond pendant and chain featuring enamel characters from the Netflix series “Word Party.”
And on Kulture’s 3rd birthday, she received a diamond necklace by Eliantte featuring five charms shaped like an Hermès Birkin bag, a Chanel logo, Minnie Mouse, a bow-wrapped heart and her first initial.
Eliantte’s crafted plenty of pieces for Cardi herself as well, including a show-stopping $400,000 Playboy chain studded with over 160 carats of VS1 diamonds set in over 750 grams of 14-karat gold.
He’s also behind Lil Uzi Vert’s viral $24 million pink diamond forehead implant and The Weeknd’s sparkling Super Bowl ring, and has worked with the likes of LeBron James, Megan Thee Stallion and Future.
