Adele celebrates 34th birthday in glamorous black dress

Happy birthday to the “One and Only” Adele.

The Grammy winner turned 34 Thursday, and marked the occasion by posting a couple new photos on Instagram the following day.

In the stylish snaps, Adele models a little black Carolina Herrera dress custom-made just for her by the brand’s creative director, Wes Gordon, according to a press release.

The piece features statement-making bubble sleeves and a sparkling embellished bodice, and the songstress kept her beauty look simple, opting for no makeup and embracing her hair’s natural waves.

“What a difference a year makes! If time keeps healing and smoothing out all the creases in my life like it does as the years fly by, then I can’t wait to be 60! I’ve never been happier!” Adele captioned her post.

“So many lessons, so many blessings to be grateful for. This is 34, and I love it here! Thank you for the birthday love as always x”

While the post marked Adele’s first in nearly two months, it’s been a busy year so far for the superstar: In January, she postponed her Las Vegas residency just one day before it was set to begin, reportedly due to clashes with the creative team behind the show.

According to the Telegraph, she’s now planning to begin her “Weekends With Adele” residency at Caesars Palace “with a completely redesigned show” this summer.

The “Easy on Me” crooner also sparked speculation that she and boyfriend Rich Paul might be engaged in February, when she was spotted wearing a giant pear-shaped diamond ring on the Brit Awards 2022 red carpet.
