Mama June secretly marries boyfriend Justin Stroud

Mama June Shannon is spoken for.

The “From Not to Hot” star secretly married boyfriend Justin Stroud on March 23 at a courthouse in Georgia after less than one year of dating, the Wilkinson County court clerk confirmed to Page Six.

Shannon and Stroud first sparked engagement rumors when Page Six published exclusive photos of the pair ring shopping at a Kay Jewelers store in the Auburn Mall in Auburn, Ala.

Shannon, 42, and Stroud, 34, appeared to be in great spirits while browsing the selection and receiving help from a salesperson during most of their visit. An onlooker then claimed to Page Six that the couple even danced outside together after leaving the store.

While the pair’s relationship appears to be smooth-sailing, life for Stroud hasn’t always been easy. Stroud was arrested in Florida in February on an outstanding warrant for drug charges at a gas station, Page Six confirmed. He was released from jail in mid-March where Shannon was photographed waiting for him.

This marks Shannon’s first marriage, as the “Here Comes Honey Boo Boo” star was never legally married to ex Mike “Sugar Bear” Thompson (father of Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson), although they considered themselves married.

Stroud is Shannon’s first boyfriend since her split from ex Geno Doak. Doak and Shannon were arrested together at an Alabama gas station in 2019 after a domestic dispute, resulting in Doak being sentenced to 16 months in Macon Community Corrections.

He also checked into rehab in September 2021 and has since dropped 70 pounds.
