Dorinda Medley is back, baby! In the Big Apple, that is.

The “Real Housewives of New York City” alum is returning to Manhattan after snapping up an apartment in the same 17-story Upper East Side building she just moved out of.

“I’m back, New York City! I can’t believe I found my new apartment in my old building,” Medley, 57, told the Daily Mail Thursday.

The newspaper reported that the former Bravolebrity paid $1.25 million for the 760-square-foot, one-bedroom, one-bathroom abode that includes a loft and overlooks the posh neighborhood.

The unit features hardwood floors, white walls, stainless steel appliances and large windows that let in plenty of natural sunlight.

“[It’s] just what I was looking for,” Medley gushed, adding that her longtime realtor, Laurie Cooper, who sold her her last pad in the same building for $1.2 million in 2007, managed to find her the new one, too.

The reality star sold the original two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit about a month ago for just under $2.5 million — slightly above her $2.495 million asking price.

“Not leaving,” she promised when she listed the property in February. “Just a change.”

Her only child, 28-year-old daughter Hannah Lynch, had just moved out at the time.

“I am officially an empty nester, and I’ve decided to put [my home] on the market,” Medley told the Daily Mail at the time. “Having spent the pandemic renovating it, it is now ready for a new family to enjoy.”

The “Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: Ex-Wives Club” star also famously owns a Massachusetts estate in the Berkshires known as Blue Stone Manor.

Not only did it serve as her primary residence during much of the coronavirus-induced lockdown, but it was also the location of the second season of Peacock’s “RHUGT” spinoff.

“Now I get the best of both worlds — my beloved New York City and Blue Stone Manor in the Berkshires,” Medley said Thursday. “I’ve loved living on the Upper East Side, so this is a dream come true.”

The “Make It Nice” author added that she is excited about the “smaller” space because it will be “easier to manage.”

Now all that’s left to do is “put the Dorinda touch on it and make it nice.”
