Shot through the heart? You’re too late!

Jesse Bongiovi, Jon Bon Jovi’s son, proposed to his girlfriend, TV producer Jesse Light, this weekend at his East Hampton home in front of his rocker dad and her family.

We hear that the group — which included the couple’s dog, Bella — hopped into two SUVs and were later spotted celebrating their engagement on the deck of the ultra-hip Surf Lodge in Montauk, N.Y.

We’re told the hot spot is where the pair first met back on Labor Day of 2018.

“The staff brought out a couple of giant magnums and everyone was clapping,” says a spy.

Bongiovi, 27, is the co-founder of the wine brand Hampton Water, while Light is the producer of the show “Forever Summer Hamptons” on Amazon Prime.

A source tells us that Bongiovi’s brother Jake and his girlfriend, “Stranger Things” star Millie Bobby Brown, sent their best from London.

In finer company, philanthropists Maria and Ken Fishel hosted a polo match at their 16-acre estate in Bridgehampton, drawing names like “Sex and the City” author Candace Bushnell and Jean Shafiroff.

Banking-heir-turned-electronic-musician “Sir” Ivan Wilzig, known for throwing over-the-top parties and wearing a cape, was spotted pulling up to the grounds in a Day-Glo limo painted with swirly 60’s designs and the word, “Peacemobile.”

And luxury watch brand Vacheron Constantine held a number of events over the weekend at a private home in Bridgehampton, with a dinner hosted by Surf Lodge owner Jayma Cardoso bringing out Liev Schreiber, “Saturday Night Live” star Heidi Gardner, Cynthia Rowley and singer Caroline Vreeland, who performed.
