Plastic surgeon Lenny Hochstein, who is divorcing “Real Housewives of Miami” star Lisa Hochstein, joked via Instagram on Sunday that juggling two women is his secret to weight loss.
His mother, Marina Hochstein, commented, “I can’t recognize you it looks like you lost 20 lb . Are you on starvation diet?,” under a new photo the “Boob God” posted of himself in front of a gate at Belvedere Palace in Vienna, Austria.
Lenny, 56, then replied, “having a wife and a girlfriend can be stressful,” implying the chaotic situation has caused him to skip a few meals.
Marina wrote back, “very interesting I would not suggest that recipe for anyone but you look somehow younger now,” prompting her son to clarify, “just a joke mom.”
People in the comments section appeared to pick sides over whether Lenny should stay with his wife and mother of his two kids Lisa, 40, or move on with his younger girlfriend, Katharina Mazepa, 26.
“maybe just pick the loyal wife and not the interchangeable girlfriend….can’t wait to meet the next one in 5 years,” one user wrote.
However, another added, “love the girlfriend!!!!!”
Lenny was spotted out with Mazepa in Miami in May amid rumors that the celebrity doc and “RHOM” star were splitting up. A divorce announcement had not yet been made public at the time.
Mazepa has maintained since, however, that she is not the reason for the couple’s separation.
The Austrian model has gone on to accuse Lisa of creating fake Instagram profiles in order to cyberbully her.
The Bravolebrity disputed the claim, telling Page Six recently, “I’ve got no time for Katharina’s childish antics and accusations. They are false and just show her true colors and motives.”
She added, “I have my children to focus on and I am trying to keep them away from her and this negativity. None of these allegations are true.”
Lenny and Lisa have been married since 2009 and share a daughter, Elle, 2, and son, Logan, 6.
