Selena Gomez on Emmys 2022 wardrobe malfunction: ‘A lot of people saw something’
Selena Gomez can’t keep this wardrobe malfunction to herself.
The “My Mind & Me” star opened up about suffering a wardrobe malfunction at September’s 2022 Emmys during an appearance on “The Kelly Clarkson Show” Wednesday.
“My dress was actually riding up the entire time,” Gomez, 30, recalled of her sparkling white Celine halter gown.
“So a lot of people saw something they didn’t want to see.”
Clarkson, 40, assured Gomez she didn’t even notice the sartorial slip.
“You were so radiant in that white dress, it was so beautiful,” the talk show host said.

The Rare Beauty founder paired her Emmys gown with diamond-and-emerald tassel earrings from Boucheron, a matching metallic green manicure and a chic updo.
On Wednesday, the pop star walked a different red carpet to celebrate the release of her new documentary — and this time, there was nary a fashion faux pas to be seen.
The “Only Murders in the Building” actress rocked an asymmetrical silk satin Rodarte dress ($2,300) in a vibrant purple hue, along with multicolored David Webb gemstone earrings ($215,000), crystal-covered Paris Texas mules ($308, originally $615) and a sparkling Jimmy Choo clutch.
In the vulnerable “Selena Gomez: My Mind & Me,” now streaming on Apple TV+, Gomez opens up about her struggle with bipolar disorder, her experience with lupus, her 2016 “psychotic break” and more.
