Gwyneth Paltrow’s shiny hair is thanks to one of her “Friends.”
The Goop founder shared some tips for “Wellness Wednesday” on her Instagram Stories yesterday, detailing her in-depth health and beauty routine — and it includes Jennifer Aniston’s LolaVie haircare products.
“Happy Wellness Wednesday,” Paltrow said in a video, adding, “Somebody asked me what is my actual wellness routine on a Wednesday so I filmed some of it.”
Along with sharing her morning meditation routine (she does 20 minutes of transcendental meditation) and snaps of herself participating in a Tracy Anderson dance class, Paltrow showed off a photo of her bathroom shelves with two of Aniston’s products lined up, tagging the brand on her Story.
Before Aniston, 53, and her ex-husband Brad Pitt, 58, got together, Paltrow, 50, was engaged to the Hollywood actor — but they never made it down the aisle.
Despite their shared romantic history, the “Friends” actress and wellness guru are close pals, and apparently, that extends to haircare products.
Aniston’s Lolavie “Restorative Shampoo” ($29) and conditioner ($29) sat in a gray marble cabinet along with a tub of Crown Affair’s “The Renewal Mask” ($58) and several Goop products, such as the “Cloudberry Exfoliating Jelly Cleanser” ($35) and “G.Tox Scalp Scrub” ($55).

As for what else is in her routine, Paltrow — who recently introduced some wild items in the annual Goop holiday gift guide — shared that she uses her brand’s “Restore and Shine Oil” ($55) in her hair after working out, then uses a Goop “G.Tox Ultimate Dry Brush” ($29) on her body.
She also starts off the day with “a tongue scrape” and practices oil pulling, showing pictures of a Boka tongue cleaner ($7) and The Skinny “Peppermint Nature’s Mouthwash” ($30) on her Story.
An unusual yet on-trend part of her bedtime process comes in the form of the Myotape sleep strips ($20), which the “Sliding Doors” actress called “probably the single best wellness tool I’ve found recently.”
“Breathing through your nose at night apparently creates alkalinity in the body,” she wrote, adding the practice, “promotes best quality sleep.”
Paltrow’s love for Lolavie has us wondering if perhaps she or Aniston are fans of Pitt’s skincare line, Le Domaine, too.
