Jana Kramer and ex-husband Mike Caussin reunite for son’s 4th birthday
Exes Jana Kramer and Mike Caussin reunited as they celebrated their 4-year-old son Jace’s birthday together on Sunday.
The former couple rang in the little one’s big day with a Spider-Man-themed party, complete with a visit from the hero himself.
“Jace was legit starstruck,” the actress, 38, captioned an Instagram Story snap of the birthday boy, who wore a Marvel sweatsuit to the bash.
The “One Tree Hill” alum also shared a shot of herself and Caussin, 35, posing beside balloons with their “little spidey.”
Kramer filed for divorce from the former NFL player in April 2021 after multiple cheating scandals.
The exes, who are also the parents of 6-year-old daughter Jolie, finalized their divorce three months later.
Kramer has spoken candidly about the ups and downs of their co-parenting relationship since the split.
“It’s one of those things where, hopefully in time, we can [get along],” the “Soccer Mom Madam” star told Us Weekly in February, admitting that the dynamic was “not fabulous” and only “OK.”
She added, “I’ll just say this: I’m doing my part in what I can do to be a good co-parent, and … he has to deal with his own side of things. If he doesn’t want to be good at co-parenting, that’s his thing.”
Four months prior, the “Dancing With the Stars” alum explained to the same outlet that while it’s “hard” to be in the same room as the retired athlete, Jolie and Jace “deserve” it.
Caussin first made headlines for cheating on Kramer in 2016, shortly after Jolie’s birth. He and the “Beautiful Lies” singer reconciled after his treatment for sex addiction.
The duo documented Caussin’s recovery in depth on their “Whine Down” podcast and their September 2020 book, “The Good Fight.”
Kramer explained to the “Red Table Talk” co-hosts in October that she “went real crazy” after finding out the former Buffalo Bills player cheated on her again, this time with allegedly “more” than 13 women.
“Me and my friends, we took a bat to [a glass pantry door],” the songwriter said last month. “I destroyed all of his Xboxes. … I wrote all over his [wedding] tux.”
The songwriter has since been romantically linked to Kristin Cavallari’s ex-husband, Jay Cutler, personal trainer Ian Schinelli and “Bachelorette” alum Graham Bunn.
While Caussin has remained out of the limelight, Kramer often speaks about him on “Whine Down,” which she now hosts without him.
Earlier this month, the “Love at First Bark” star told listeners that the former tight end did not perform oral sex on her “until he got out of rehab.”
Coverage of the confession gave Kramer “anxiety,” and she recently shared her plans via Instagram to “be more mindful” of what she says.
