Shanna Moakler shades Khloé Kardashian: ‘I think her surgery came out beautiful’

Shanna Moakler accused Khloé Kardashian of getting plastic surgery after fans compared the two in a recent Instagram post.
The former Miss USA, 47, posted a photo of herself glammed up and posing for a sexy photo shoot in nothing but a matching yellow lingerie set on Monday. She held her hands above her head and pursed her lips for the pic.
“Girl Khloe got the same face😌,” one social media user commented, to which Moakler fired back, “I think her surgery came out beautiful!”
Several other users pointed out the similarities, but Moakler still wasn’t having it.
“khloe doesn’t even look like khloe what are you people smoking lol,” she replied to another user.
Moakler’s sharp denial of the resemblance appeared more shady to fans since her ex-husband, Travis Barker, is now married to Khloé’s sister Kourtney Kardashian.
Moakler posted the stunning solo shot in celebration of losing 20 pounds and only having 10 pounds more to go before she reaches her “fitness goal.”
The former Palyboy Playmate has previously been open about going under the knife in addition to traditional health and wellness routines.
Moakler even dubbed her mini tummy tuck the “best thing I ever did” to help her muscles when she got a mommy makeover in October 2018. She also received liposuction, cellulite removal and a butt enhancement at the same time, per Inside Edition.
“I am so thankful and so happy with my results,” she posted on Instagram six months post-op. “It was to fix my tummy muscles! I finally feel confident in a bikini again.”
Meanwhile, Kardashian, 38, has insisted that she has only had “one nose job” – despite being bombarded with plastic surgery accusations over the years.
“It did use to bother me when people were [saying] I’ve had 12 face transplants. I’m like, ‘Oh, my God, I have?’ I was like, ‘That’s crazy,’” she said on Amanda Hirsch’s “Not Skinny But Not Fat” podcast in May.
The “Kardashians” star went as far to say that it not only “bothered” her, but it also “offended” her.
“I just couldn’t figure out why people thought that. I’ve had one nose job that I love. Like, I want everyone to know. … I don’t care to lie about it,” she continued.
Kardashian previously discussed the plastic surgery rumors during the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” reunion in June 2021.
“Everybody gets so upset, like, why don’t I talk about it? Nobody’s ever asked me. You’re the first person in an interview that’s ever asked me about my nose,” she told host Andy Cohen. “I’ve done, sure, injections — not really Botox. I’ve responded poorly to Botox.”
