Kim Zolciak shows off mansion’s massive chandelier amid foreclosure reports

Kim Zolciak-Biermann flaunted her fabulous mansion on social media amid reports that the Georgia home is in foreclosure.

The “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum, 44, gave a mini-tour of her lavish living room, complete with a stunning crystal chandelier, on her Instagram Stories Tuesday.

“This is definitely one of my most favorite rooms, called the Hollywood room,” Zolciak-Biermann can be heard saying in the clip.

“That chandelier is 7 — almost 8-feet wide, by 7-feet high.”

The reality star then joked that her kids have had a lot of “fun” in that room, pointing out that they got a balloon stuck in the lighting fixture.

Zolciak-Biermann’s sneak peek inside her home comes at a peculiar time as less than a week ago it was reported that the “Don’t Be Tardy” alum will have to put her house up for auction.

According to Law.com, the $1.65 million property is set to be sold by Truist Bank to the highest bidder on March 7.

A rep at the Fulton County Tax Assessor’s Office, which did not oversee this foreclosure, tells us there are current outstanding fees, including penalties, listed for the multimillion-dollar property.

Zolciak-Biermann’s rep could not immediately be reached for comment.

This is not the first time the reality star and her husband, Kroy Biermann, have gotten into financial trouble.

Page Six exclusively reported in October 2022 that the couple faced foreclosure for the same home back in 2014. The lien owed at the time was $10,567.67.

The debt, however, was eventually settled in June 2021, according to court documents we previously obtained.

In the past, Zolciak-Biermann has slammed claims that she could not afford to keep her house.

The “Don’t Be Tardy for the Party” singer said in November amid reports of yet another foreclosure, “My house was not sold for $257,000. If you guys think that I would let my home, that we put millions and millions of dollars [into], go for $257,000, you’re an idiot, OK? For real.

The couple purchased the more than 6,000-square foot property, which boasts six bedrooms and nine bathrooms, in 2012 for $880,000.

Over the years, they have resided in the mansion with their six kids: Brielle, 25, and Ariana Biermann, 21, Kroy “KJ” Jagger Jr., 11, Kash Kade, 10, and twins Kaia Rose and Kane Ren, 9.
