Andy Cohen may need a Xanax smoothie after filming the “Real Housewives of Miami” Season 5 reunion.
In the newly released trailer for Peacock’s three-part special, the executive producer, 54, loses his cool while moderating a heated discussion about significant others who get involved in their wives’ drama.
“I can’t stand a man that talks s–t about a woman!” Alexia Nepola shouts at Dr. Nicole Martin, who is engaged to Anthony Lopez, before Larsa Pippen repeatedly refers to the trial lawyer as a “bitch.”
“OK! OK!” Cohen screams at the ladies, as Nicole loudly tries to defend herself and her fiancé.
“We’re all talking at the same f–king time!” Cohen screeches. “Ugh, I’m f–king exhausted.”
Nepola also gets into it with Guerdy Abraira, whom she believes “castrated” her husband, Russell Abraira, before calling Adriana de Moura a “narcissist that has no feelings.”
“I don’t apologize to the devil!” Nepola yells at her former friend.
Poor Lisa Hochstein, whose brutal divorce from Dr. Lenny Hochstein unfolded in real time as cameras rolled for the season, does not get any reprieve come reunion time.
First, Kiki Barth claims the plastic surgeon “has been a cheater for a long time” and that she “know[s] models that he’d cheat with.”
Then, Nepola tells Lisa that if she only believed she was a star, she “would not have let Lenny do all the things he’s done.”

Later, a tearful Julia Lemigova discusses her wife Martina Navratilova’s battle with both throat and breast cancer, saying the couple is “fighting two cancers.”
“Like, one was not enough?” she sobs.
In more lighthearted moments from the preview, Pippen, 48, claims she’s “always had sex like four times a night” and shuts down a fan who points out that her boyfriend, 32-year-old Marcus Jordan, is closer in age to her 22-year-old son Scotty Jr. than he is to her.
Pippen retorts by stating that Jordan “wears a size-15 shoe.”
“The Real Housewives of Miami” Season 5 three-part reunion begins airing this Thursday on Peacock.
