Ana de Armas channels Marilyn Monroe in nude dress at Oscars 2023

Ana de Armas is having back-to-back Marilyn moments.

De Armas — who is nominated for the Academy Award for Best Actress for her role in “Blonde” — channeled the iconic gown Marilyn Monroe wore in 1962 to sing “Happy Birthday, Mr. President” to John F. Kennedy in two nude sequined gowns.

First, the actress, 34, paid homage to the Hollywood starlet on Saturday night, wearing a nude sequin David Koma dress to Netflix’s pre-Oscar party yesterday ahead of tonight’s red carpet.

The midi dress featured a corset-style top and tonal sequins, and the “Knives Out” actress, 34, paired it with pointy nude heels and a green box clutch trimmed with gold accents.

On Sunday, de Armas wore another bedazzled beige look, sporting a corseted gown with ruffled skirt by Louis Vuitton on the Oscars 2023 red carpet. While she wore a moody dark lipstick on Saturday, the actress kept it fresh with shades of pink makeup and cascading hair extensions.

Of course, de Armas isn’t the first star to channel Marilyn Monroe’s 1962 “Happy Birthday” ensemble on the red carpet.

Last year, Kim Kardashian caused quite a fashion controversy when she wore the late actress’ exact gown to the 2022 Met Gala — later causing debate as to whether she damaged the historic garment.

As for de Armas, her back-to-back looks fit right in with the Marilyn-esque dresses she wore to the “Blonde” premieres in Hollywood and Venice, including a silver sequined gown and a pink pleated halter dress.

Perhaps the ghost of Monroe will give her good luck tonight.
