‘RHONJ’s Dolores Catania admits to Ozempic use: ‘I got on the bandwagon’

Dolores Catania hopped on the Ozempic “bandwagon.”

The “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star told “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen” viewers Tuesday that she has been using semaglutide for weight loss for six weeks.

Catania joked that “not one” of her co-stars isn’t also taking Ozempic.

“I wasn’t going to come to the reunion looking any bigger than anyone else, so I got on the bandwagon,” she said.

Catania, who added that she prides herself on “tell[ing] the truth,” explained, “The reunion is in two weeks. I do have a trainer.”

Fans had mixed reactions to the Bravolebrity’s confession via Twitter.

One user called her Ozempic use “unhealthy and triggering,” while another referred to it as “selfish” amid shortages of the drug for those who need it to treat Type 2 diabetes.

Others found Catania’s honesty “refreshing” and praised Cohen, 54, for not “buying into the whole new gym routine and watching what I eat BS certain people” in the franchise stand by.

“They are on tv, heavily scrutinized for their appearance, of course they’d take a weight loss peptide if available,” one fan noted.

Catania’s co-stars have been showing off their weight loss in recent weeks, with Jennifer Fessler hinting at Ozempic use in March.

On Tuesday, Margaret Josephs revealed she shed 22 pounds on peptides and hormonal replacement therapy.

Jackie Goldschneider, however, slammed “Housewives” for using the drug in a February episode of Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” podcast.

“It gets me so fired up,” the “RHONJ” star, who battles anorexia, said. “I’m horrified by it.”
