Their reps tell Page Six that the stars are not romantically involved — nor have they ever met.
We’re told rumors that the newly single duo have their eyes on each other are completely false.
Shortly after the Oscar winner split from her husband of 12 years, Jim Toth, last month, an anonymous tipster — who used the email address [email protected] — claimed to Instagram gossip account Deuxmoi that an “A-list actress who JUST announced her divorce is newly dating A-list NFL athlete who is also recently divorced.”
The subject of the blind item was “Epic and unexpected celeb couple” — a sentiment with which many social media users agreed.
“if tom brady is dating reese witherspoon, I would die. love that matchup,” one fan tweeted, with another adding, “Okay, Tommy Boy! Well played. I got confidence in this lasting.”
“I can’t explain why but Reese Witherspoon and Tom Brady somehow make sense to me?” someone else remarked, while another quipped, “I guess ‘bend and snap’ really works. I really need to start doing it whenever I see a handsome man.”
On March 24, the “Legally Blonde” star, 47, told her Instagram followers in a since-deleted post that she and Toth, 52, were amicably calling it quits.

Though she did not get into specifics, insiders familiar with the situation told Page Six that the actress simply fell out of romantic love with the talent agent, with whom she shares 10-year-old son Tennessee.
We were told the breakup did not come as a shock to those who run in the pair’s social circles.
Witherspoon — who also shares daughter Ava, 23, and son Deacon, 19, with first husband Ryan Phillippe — filed the paperwork a week after making the announcement.
Meanwhile, Brady and his ex-wife, Gisele Bündchen, went their separate ways last fall.
“In recent days, my wife and I finalized our divorce from one another after 13 years of marriage,” the retired NFL player, 45, shared in October 2022.

However, Page Six broke the news in September that the famed quarterback’s relationship with the supermodel, 42, had been on the rocks following an “epic fight” over his shocking decision to “un-retire” six months prior.
Brady — who famously played for the New England Patriots before becoming a Tampa Bay Buccaneer — shares son Benjamin, 13, and daughter Vivian, 10, with Bündchen, as well as son Jack, 15, with ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynahan.
