‘Vanderpump Rules’ star Ariana Madix joining ‘Dancing With the Stars’
Ariana Madix could dance her way out of heartbreak this fall.
Sources tell Page Six exclusively that Madix is expected to join ABC’s “Dancing With the Stars” when the new season premieres in September.
“ABC is in late stage conversations with [Madix] to be a contestant to join ‘DWTS’ this fall,” an insider confirmed.
Sources told us the “Vanderpump Rules” star “has already received all of the approvals and sign-offs from NBC Universal,” the parent company of Bravo, which produces her hit reality show.
Meanwhile, Madix fans are still watching her breakup with ex-beau Tom Sandoval play out on Bravo’s hit show, after she dumped him for cheating on her with co-star Raquel Leviss.
Madix was a bartender on the reality show, with aspirations to work in comedy acting.
The cast recently wrapped the show’s fiery reunion. Madix teased that she rocked a red-hot “revenge dress” for the special, and said of her cheating ex, “I think his eyes are gonna bleed.”
She also was spotted arriving to the set in a brightly colored sweatshirt with the not-so-subtle message “Boys Lie” on it
Meanwhile, Cohen teased an “aggressive” and confrontational reunion show on his SiriusXM radio show last week.
“If you are looking for them to be confronted to their face about what they’ve done — in what I would say [was] an aggressive manner, a confrontational manner — you will get it,” he said.
Sandoval’s best pal and castmate Tom Schwartz told Cohen on his “Watch Happens Live” show that the former is addicted to Leviss, and described her as “his heroin.”
“It’s an infatuation of all infatuations,” he said.
He has also said that Sandoval has “a sense of profound sadness” over the situation and encouraged viewers to “give him a hug” if they bump into him.
Madix, on the other hand, seems to be putting all of her energy into her career.
In addition to “DWTS,” Lifetime announced that she’ll appear in a new movie, “Buying Back My Daughter,” according to Deadline.
The movie is currently in production and will also star Meagan Good.
