Jonathan Majors’ ex granted restraining order after alleged domestic dispute

Jonathan Majors’ ex-girlfriend has been granted a full temporary restraining order following her alleged domestic violence incident with the “Creed III” star.

The press secretary for the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office told multiple outlets on Thursday that the order of protection was granted with the consent of the defense’s counsel.

Majors’ attorney, Priya Chaudhry, tells Page Six that the update in the status of the restraining order is “standard” in cases “such as this.”

She explains their team consented because the “Devotion” star allegedly “wants nothing to do with the woman who assaulted him.”

“We have been transparent and cooperative with the District Attorney, including giving the District Attorney ample evidence, including witness statements, of Mr. Majors’ innocence,” Chaudhry adds.

The attorney shares that some of the evidence submitted was a report made by a board-certified emergency medicine doctor and trauma specialist who examined photos and videos of the alleged victim’s injuries and concluded “without hesitation” that the marks “did not come from” Majors.

“It is disturbing that even when presented with this incontrovertible evidence, the District Attorney continues this false case,” she concludes.

Last week, Chaudhry submitted a filing to the New York County Criminal Court, which included a video that allegedly further proved her client’s innocence.

Chaudhry claimed that while the woman was seemingly having a good time at the New York City hotspot “perfectly fine and completely uninjured,” her client was “hiding in a hotel” and taking photos of his own injuries.

However, Majors was arrested on March 25 following allegations that he was the one who harmed his ex-girlfriend by choking her.

The Marvels star was taken into custody without incident at the time and charged with strangulation, assault and harassment.

His rep vehemently denied the claims made against his client, saying the actor had “done nothing wrong” and that they looked “forward to clearing his name and clearing this up.”

Majors then released a series of text messages between him and his ex — in an effort to further clear his name.

In screenshots of the messages previously obtained by Page Six, the woman reassured the action star that she would “make sure nothing happens about this” because “I told them it was my fault for trying to grab your phone.”

After the 33-year-old ghosted the woman, she followed up by saying the alleged strangulation “did not occur” and should be “removed immediately.”

Despite maintaining his innocence throughout the entire ordeal, Majors’ talent management firm Entertainment 360 and high-powered p.r. firm, the Lede Company, have both dropped him.

We are also told many of his Hollywood friends have turned “cold” and are no longer returning his calls.
