Kim Kardashian shopping for home in Tom Brady’s community, pair are ‘friendly’
Kim Kardashian and Tom Brady have struck up a friendship as she looks to buy a vacation home in his exclusive Bahamian neighborhood, multiple sources confirm to Page Six.
Kardashian got Brady’s advice ahead of making a trip to look at property at Baker’s Bay Golf & Ocean Club, an exclusive members-only residential community in the Bahamas, we’re told.
The 42-year-old reality star — who’s been single since splitting with Pete Davidson last August — flew to the Bahamas this weekend and was spotted touring the resort.
A well-placed source tells Page Six: “Kim and Tom are friendly. She phoned him and asked him for his advice on Baker’s Bay.”
However, the insider tells us there’s currently “no romance” between the two.
A second source adds that Kardashian is “very familiar” with the community and has traveled there multiple times in the past.
“She’s been eyeing property there for quite some time,” the source says.
Jennifer Lopez, Alex Rodriguez, Michael Jordan, Justin Timberlake and Reese Witherspoon also own homes in the exclusive locality.
Kardashian was seen being driven around the resort in a golf cart, although it did not belong to Brady, despite rumors, we’re told.
The retired NFL pro, 45, was not in the Bahamas during the Skims founder’s tour.
A rep for Brady shut down any romance speculation to Page Six, but the pair has another link — Jens Grede, the marketing mogul behind both of their clothing brands.
“They have friends in common,” per a source close to Kardashian.
Brady bought the tropical vacation home with his now-ex-wife, Gisele Bündchen, many years ago.
The former couple jetted off to Baker’s Bay to work on their marriage while the now-retired quarterback took 11 days off from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ training camp last summer.
Kardashian, for her part, has a history of romancing professional athletes.
She was in a long-term relationship with former NFL running back Reggie Bush, and was in a 72-day marriage with ex-basketball player Kris Humphries in 2011.
She was also once linked to football player Miles Austin and soccer star Cristiano Ronaldo.
Brady was recently at the center of rumors that he had gone on a few dates with newly single Witherspoon, but the actress’s rep swiftly shut down that speculation.

However, a source told Page Six in March that the NFL superstar is “out and about” on the dating scene.
Brady shares daughter Vivian, 10, and son Benjamin, 13, with Bündchen, 42.
He also has 15-year-old son Jack with ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynihan.
Kardashian is the mother of four children, whom she shares with ex-husband Kanye West: North, 9, Saint, 7, Chicago, 5, and Psalm, 4.
