Charli Burnett: I heard a woman signed an ‘NDA to f—k Tom Sandoval’
Charli Burnett claims she heard a rumor that Tom Sandoval made a woman sign a nondisclosure agreement to have sex with him years before his affair with Raquel Leviss was exposed.
“Someone came to me and said, ‘I was getting my hair done, and my hairdresser told me that one of their clients had to sign an NDA to f–k Tom Sandoval,'” the aesthetician said on the “Viall Files” podcast Tuesday.
Burnett, 26, shared that the hearsay spread during her first season of “Vanderpump Rules,” which was filmed in 2019, before she became good friends with anyone on the cast.
“I was like, ‘I don’t know what do with that information,'” she recalled. “Again, I was naive, and I was like, ‘Everyone makes up rumors. Everyone says things.’ Like, that’s so crazy to say to me. Like, you guys are trying to bring up gossip.”
Burnett admitted she didn’t think much of the chatter at the time, but that changed in March when news broke that Sandoval, 40, had a months-long affair with Leviss, 28, in the midst of his nine-year relationship with Ariana Madix.
“Now I kind of realize that maybe he’s been this person this entire time,” she said, adding that she believes the bar owner has “enjoyed putting up a facade at end of day” and “being the character.”
Sandoval’s rep didn’t immediately return Page Six’s request for comment.
Burnett revealed that she also heard rumblings of Sandoval and Leviss dancing close to each other at The Abbey in West Hollywood in August 2022 — which James Kennedy’s girlfriend, Ally Lewber, witnessed and ultimately brought to the group.
“Someone came to me, and they were like, ‘Yo, I just saw Tom and Raquel at The Abbey,'” Burnett remembered. “They said, ‘That’s kinda weird. I saw them do this.’ And I was like, ‘Get out of here!'”
Sandoval denied the interaction being anything other than platonic when Lewber, 27, brought it up at the time, but he finally admitted in the show’s Season 10 finale to starting his affair with Leviss that night.
“Raquel and I, we went to The Abbey. We were just taking some shots, and, like, we just kissed, and then I felt something in the moment that I hadn’t felt in a very long time,” he told his best friend, Tom Schwartz, in the episode.

Madix, 37, found out about the dalliance on March 1 when she saw a sexually explicit video of Leviss on Sandoval’s phone after it fell out of his pocket during his Tom Sandoval & the Most Extras’ concert.
After breaking up with him, Madix called production, and Bravo filmed the aftermath of the shocking affair, which fans have since dubbed Scandoval.
The scandal will continue to play out in the upcoming three-part reunion.
In addition to detailing his hookups with Leviss, Sandoval also admitted to cheating on Madix with “Miami girl” from Season 3 and another woman in the cast’s friend group.
