Kate Middleton gives old pink pantsuit a new twist for day out in London

On Thursdays, she wears pink.

Kate Middleton rocked the Barbiecore trend for back-to-back engagements in London today, with the royal giving an old Alexander McQueen trouser suit a fresh look.

The Princess of Wales, 41, sported a tailored pink blazer and matching trousers from the British label that she debuted last summer while attending a meeting for her Royal Foundation Centre for Early Childhood.

Her visits today were also related to early childhood development, but instead of wearing the suit with a white top like last year, the future queen went with a pink blouse that matched her separates for a monochromatic look.

The princess added some contrast with a white Camilla Elphick belt ($120) featuring a statement-making pearl buckle and a pair of white Gianvito Rossi pumps ($522, originally $745).

She gave her pink-on-pink look another pop of white with a pair of Maria Black hoop earrings ($376) with pearl drops.

The Princess of Wales wore her cheerful outfit to visit one of her patronages, the Foundling Museum, which aims “to transform the wellbeing and life chances of vulnerable children and young adults through creative collaboration with artists.”

She then headed to youth charity Kinship, a group that works with carers like grandparents, siblings and family friends who step up to raise children when their parents can’t.

This is the second pink moment we’ve seen from the mom of three this week, who wore a pastel Me + Em shirt dress for a surprise visit at the Chelsea Flower Show on Monday.

She first wore the silk style â€” which is offered in an updated version ($895) this year — to meet young cancer patient Mila Sneddo during the COVID-19 pandemic after the little girl requested that the princess wear a pink outfit for their meeting.

It’s clearly a favorite as her mom, Carole Middleton, even went on to wear the same dress to Royal Ascot last summer.

With summer days quickly approaching, we have a feeling we’ll see some more pretty-in-pink moments from the princess soon enough.
