Sydney Sweeney serves curves in leather corset on Variety red carpet

This star is putting another leather in her cap.

Sydney Sweeney sizzled in a busty black look as she attended the 2023 Variety Power Of Young Hollywood event Thursday night, wearing an Alexander McQueen corset and long leather skirt as she celebrated being named the magazine’s Young Hollywood cover star this year.

The “Euphoria” actress, 25, wore the plunging designer top as she walked the red carpet with her young cousin, Kaidyn Bryant, who she sweetly brought along as her date for the star-studded night.

Her form-fitting top featured peplum trim at the bottom, and she wore the corset with an Alexander McQueen leather maxi skirt ($4,500) featuring zip detail and a high slit in the front.

The “Reality” actress wore pointy black pumps with her outfit, wearing her blond hair in soft waves and accessorizing with enormous diamond hoop earrings.

This isn’t the first corseted black leather look Sweeney has rocked in recent days; she wore a zip-up Versace corset and leather chaps on the set of a mysterious music video shoot last month.

The Variety event — which was held at NeueHouse Los Angeles — honors “the top young actors, musicians and creators working in the entertainment industry today,” per the mag, and included guests like Franklin Jonas, Sabrina Carpenter, Maddie Ziegler, Darren Barnet and Noah Schnapp.

“I find power in my femininity,” Sweeney — who posed in a variety of sexy swimwear for her cover shoot — told Variety, adding, “I use my brain, and I use everything that I’m learning every single day in this industry as my power.”

Finding a balance between chasing projects, like her forthcoming buzzy rom-com with Glen Powell — she’s also started her own production company, Fifty-Fifty Films — and relaxing is one thing the “Handmaid’s Tale” star said was hard to achieve.

“I love this crazy run I’m on, because I fall in love with so many characters and I want to do them all. And I love what I do. And then sometimes I’m like, ‘OK, maybe I should do one to two projects a year so I can give myself time at home with my family,'” Sweeney said.
