Marcus Jordan: Wedding date with Larsa Pippen is ‘in the works’ despite dad’s disapproval

Marcus Jordan and Larsa Pippen are ready to walk down the aisle — with or without Michael Jordan’s approval!

The retired NBA player’s son told TMZ Thursday that he and the “Real Housewives of Miami” star are “looking for a location” for their nuptials.

When asked about a possible date for the ceremony, Marcus, 32, replied, “It’s in the works.”

While he and Pippen, 49, have yet to publicly announce an engagement, the Bravolebrity wore a sparkler on her ring finger while leaving their West Hollywood dinner date, the outlet reported.

The reality star has been married before, tying the knot with husband Scottie Pippen in 1997 before calling it quits nearly two decades later.

The former couple, who share Scotty Jr., 22, Preston, 21, Justin, 18, and Sophia, 14, finalized their divorce in 2021.

Larsa moved on with Marcus the following year and was left feeling “traumatized” when her future father-in-law publicly dissed their romance.

Michael was asked in July whether the duo had his stamp of approval, to which the Olympian replied, “No!”

Larsa explained to “Separation Anxiety” podcast listeners that his comment probably stemmed from the athlete’s alleged feud with her ex-husband — and Michale’s former Chicago Bulls teammate.

The “embarrassed” businesswoman said, “It probably is weird for [him]. I can’t be mad. I understand. But oh, my God. … I was like, ‘What are we going to do?'”

Marcus, however, laughed off the viral video at the time and claimed his dad had since texted him to confirm he didn’t mean any harm.

Can’t get enough ‘Real Housewives’?

The previous month, the pair clapped back at “hurtful” backlash over their 16-year age difference on the podcast.

“It’s kind of crazy how people think they know us when, in reality, they really don’t know anything about who we are as a couple,” Larsa said in the June episode.

She called age the “last thing” on her mind while dating post-divorce, clarifying she valued a partner’s “character.”

As for Marcus, he said, “Not everyone is so loving and giving as you are, and I feel like that comes with your experiences in life. … I think one of the things I cherish about our age gap is just how delicate and loving you are with me.”
