At least 10 top performers will take the stage at Jay-Z’s all-star blackjack party for his Reform Alliance this weekend — and it’s not just any usual stage, Page Six has learned.
We hear that acts including Travis Scott, DJ Khlaed, Meek Mill and more will jump on special casino gaming tables custom-made by the Ocean Casino Resort in Atlantic City, NJ, for the event on Sept. 30.
Guests who’ve been added to the exclusive, intimate event of just 200 VIP attendees, include ASAP Rocky and Jack Harlow, we hear.
We’ve already exclusively reported that guests will include Beyoncé, Kim Kardashian, Tom Brady, Emily Ratajkowski, Megan Thee Stallion and the Reform Alliance board — which includes Fanatics mogul Michael Rubin and Patriots owner Robert Kraft.
Said an Atlantic City insider, “the Ocean casino’s building special tables to hold performances on them while people are playing.”
We hear that Kardashian will jet into town from Paris Fashion Week with her sister, Kourtney Kardashian, for the black-tie event. (Kourtney is expecting her fourth child — which will also be her first with her rocker hubby Travis Barker.)
Kim has famously been studying to become a lawyer, and Reform aims to make changes to probation and parole laws, having helped pass numerous bills in 11 states while creating a pathway for over 700,000 people unfairly caught in the system.
The charity’s cofounder Jay-Z hatched the idea for Reform Alliance’s first fundraising event as a fun party and card tournament with a 007 theme and a $1 million jackpot.
The seven-figure jackpot is being provided by the casino, and the event is expected to raise $20 million including a $100,000 buy-in per player to get into the game, and $50,000 for other guests.
We hear that VIPs will travel via helicopters that are being donated for the event, with 10 choppers going back and forth from NYC.
The Reform board also includes Nets co-owner Clara Wu Tsai, Robert Smith, Michael Novogratz and Laura Arnold, and the party will also include NBA superstars, private equity players, hedge funders and top CEOs.
We’d heard that some board members have approved all the guests for the event to maintain its exclusivity. A casino insider told us, “You can’t buy your way into this party.”
Jay’s inspiration for the casino party was in part Rubin’s annual Fourth of July white party, while Jay and Bey are known to host one of the Oscars’ starriest private afterparties with their annual Gold Party in LA.
Said a source: “This is gold plus white, and it’ll be the same size and as exclusive as the white party, with a ton of performances.”
Rubin’s parties have been known to include a lineup of superstar acts.
