T.J. Holmes settles divorce with Marilee Fiebig nearly 1 year after Amy Robach affair

T.J. Holmes and Marilee Fiebig have settled their divorce nearly one year after his affair with Amy Robach was exposed, Us Weekly reported Wednesday.

Court records seen by Page Six show paperwork was submitted on Oct. 11; however, the documents have been sealed.

The former couple have a court appearance scheduled for Jan. 9, 2024.

The court processed a certificate of dissolution, but the settlement and divorce judgment are pending, according to Us Weekly.

The former morning show anchor, 46, and Fiebig, 45, share a 10-year-old daughter, Sabine.

Holmes filed for divorce from the immigration attorney in December 2022 after he was photographed grabbing his “GMA3” co-host’s butt during an intimate getaway.

Fiebig and Holmes had been married for almost 13 years.

Shortly after the bombshell news, a source close to Fiebig said she had been “blindsided” by her husband’s affair. Although the pair had been separated, Holmes and Fiebig were attempting to reconcile.

“She’s devastated. She had no idea,” our source said at the time. “They haven’t been together in [a while], but they were trying to work it out.”

Holmes and Robach, 50, allegedly had been romantically involved since March 2022 despite their respective marriages to Fiebig and Andrew Shue.

However, sources told us at the time that Robach and the “Melrose Place” alum’s divorce was nearly finalized.

Despite the fallout from their illicit relationship, Holmes and Robach are still going strong and have been training for the New York City Marathon.

Holmes also recently teased his next career move, though he ultimately did not reveal what the new gig was.

While no details of the couple’s new ventures are known, The Post revealed in March that they are both “desperately” trying to get back on the air.

CBS Media Ventures — the syndicate arm of CBS that’s responsible for daytime broadcasts like “Dr. Phil” and “The Drew Barrymore Show” — turned down a talk show proposal from the duo.

“If they did a talk show, what would they talk about? What’s their expertise — infidelity?” a skeptical TV expert said at the time, adding, “They’d take anything. I think they’d host a game show at this point.”
