Kroy Biermann, Kim Zolciak selling Georgia mansion for $6 million on heels of financial woes

Kroy Biermann and Kim Zolciak are selling their Milton, Ga., house for $6 million amid their mounting financial woes.

The estranged couple — who have been living together amid their contentious divorce — listed the two-story, seven-bedroom, 11-bathroom brick and stone estate Monday at almost double what it was listed for earlier this month.

The property — which was built in 2008 — features a heated pool, five fireplaces, a six-car garage, a full back in-law suite, a separate au pair suite, a circular driveway, a chef’s kitchen and oversized island, a full-size bar and wine cellar, multiple walk-in closets, an elevator, a finished basement, an in-ground trampoline, a billiard room, an arcade room, a movie theater and a gym with a private massage room.

Their reps did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

Biermann, 38, and Zolciak, 45 — who wed in November 2011 — bought the mansion in 2012 for $880,000.

The pair’s relationship and economic troubles have been playing out publicly for the past six months.

The retired NFL star first filed for divorce in May, claiming the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum’s alleged gambling addiction had “financially devastated” their family.

Though the former “Don’t Be Tardy” stars soon called off their split and attempted to work things out, Biermann rushed back to court in August to file for divorce from Zolciak a second time.

The athlete said in court documents filed within his second divorce petition that he wanted to sell the duo’s marital home as quickly as possible so that the “financially destitute” twosome could take the money and each buy separate residences.

Biermann made sure to note that the house was set to enter foreclosure in November, which would mark the second time the property fell into financial straits.

Since then, Zolciak — who wants the case dismissed because she and Biermann have had “marital sexual relations on multiple occasions” — has been hawking the family’s luxury goods in an attempt to make some cash.

Biermann is being sued by BMW over his $400,000 Rolls-Royce, while the former Bravolebrity is being sued by Capital One/Saks for more than $150,000.

He is requesting sole legal and physical custody of their four minor children: Kroy “KJ” Jr., 12, Kash, 11, and twins Kaia and Kane, 10.

Zolciak is also mom to daughters Brielle, 26, and Ariana, 21, whom Biermann legally adopted during their 11-year marriage.
