Kathy Griffin files for divorce from husband Randy Bick right before 4th wedding anniversary

Life on the divorce list.

Kathy Griffin filed for divorce from husband Randy Bick on Thursday in Los Angeles Superior Court, documents obtained by Page Six show.

The “Fashion Police” alum listed the date of separation as Dec. 22, 2023, and cited irreconcilable differences as the cause of the split.

The filing shows that Griffin and the marketing executive signed a prenuptial agreement on Dec. 23, 2019, just nine days before they tied the knot on New Year’s Day.

The “My Life on the D-List” star is requesting the court enforce the prenup, which would terminate the ability for either party to be awarded financial support.

Griffin, 63, and Bick share no children.

“Well…sh*t. This sucks,” Griffin tweeted Friday, seemingly in response to the news.

TMZ was the first to report the news of the divorce.

Griffin announced she was engaged just hours before they married in a ceremony officiated by actress Lily Tomlin.

The “Suddenly Susan” actress said at the time that she and Bick, 44, wanted to wed right after midnight so they could have a “great start to 2020.”

Griffin and Bick first began dating in 2011 but announced in November 2018 that they had broken up. The split didn’t last, though, as she confirmed in April 2019 that they were back together.

The now-former couple hadn’t even been married a year when Griffin was diagnosed with lung cancer despite “never” smoking.

She quickly underwent surgery to remove a large portion of her lung and announced in December 2021 that she had beaten the disease.

“I’m cancer-free,” Griffin announced on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!”

“I don’t know why, I had a tumor, right? And I’ve never smoked, and it was in there for 10 years. So get this, they took it out and found it in another scan.”

Although she remains in remission, Griffin had to undergo vocal cord surgery in June 2023 as part of her “cancer journey.”

“This is just part of my recovery post-lung cancer surgery,” she shared on social media. “I’m cancer-free, so anyway a little scratchy today, but I’ll be in good shape.”
