Irina Shayk swims in $700 sequined minidress to kick off 2024
Who needs a bikini when you’ve got some bathing bling?
Irina Shayk hit the beach in Miami, wearing a sequined green mini as she celebrated the new year on Monday, posting a series of Instagram photos of herself swimming in a festive dress as she enjoyed the sun and sand.
“The morning of 2024💚🐉” the 37-year-old supermodel captioned her post, posing in a Retrofête dress ($695 $487) featuring spaghetti straps and tinsel-like lime sequined embellishments.
She took inspo from Jessica Simpson by wearing heels on the beach, sporting a pair of lace-up Larroude sandals ($315) with clear straps across the front, taking them off and carrying them in her hand in one photo as she strolled through the sand.
Shayk then hopped into the water to cool off, floating around in one photo and tossing her wet hair back in another ethereal shot.
Fans were green with envy over her sparkly pics, like one who wrote, “My absolute favourite SUPERMODEL !! 💚💚💚” and another who added, “Year of the green dragon 🐉.”
“Would love to see TB in his matching swim shorts!! lol come on!!!” one fan joked, referring to Shayk’s on-again, off-again love interest Tom Brady.
“Did Bradley take the pics?” another questioned, wondering if her ex-boyfriend, Bradley Cooper, had snapped her photos like he did last summer.

While the mom of one enjoyed a dip at the beach on New Year’s Day, she chose a different yet equally sparkling look for the previous night, sporting a haltered nude illusion gown ($1,495) also by Retrofête for the holiday.
Her sunny trip comes after the model also visited Miami for Art Basel last month — and briefly reconnecting with Brady in the process.
The former NFL star was spotted picking Shayk up from her Miami hotel during the celeb-filled event despite news that their summer fling had “fizzled out” earlier in the fall.
Single or taken, we have a feeling this model will serve up plenty of sizzling looks this year.
