Theresa Nist glitters in gold sequins ahead of live ‘Golden Bachelor’ TV wedding to Gerry Turner
She’s a golden bride-to-be.
ABC’s first “Golden Bachelor,” Gerry Turner, and his fiancée, Theresa Nist, prepped for their wedding — airing live Thursday night — at a chic outdoor rehearsal dinner on Wednesday, and the future Mrs. Turner kept the golden vibes alive with her sparkling outfit.
Nist, 70, looked glam in a silver-and-gold sleeveless dress by Mac Duggal ($498), with the high-necked metallic style featuring a silver top transitioning to a bold gold bottom trimmed with multicolored 3D floral embellishments.
She fought off the evening chill with a pink fur wrap, accenting her dress with coordinating gold pumps with ankle straps.
Her dress echoed the silver sequined gown she wore for the “Golden Bachelor” finale on November 30, when Turner, 72, got down on one knee and proposed to Nist.
As for the groom, he kept it casual in a jeans-and-sneakers look, coordinating with his future wife in a pale pink dress shirt combined with a maroon jacket and light-wash denim.
Nist showed off plenty of chic looks during her time on the Bachelor franchise’s newest show, wearing everything from trendy headbands to a sassy bridal white mini for their first public appearance as a couple after the “Golden Bachelor” finale.
The New Jersey native will be escorted down the aisle by her son, Tommy, on Thursday, while her six grandsons will take part as groomsmen and ring bearers, per the show’s Instagram account.

The live wedding will be attended by a host of Bachelor Nation favorites, including Trista and Ryan Sutter, Ben Higgins and all of the fan-favorite women from the “Golden Bachelor” season, including runner-up Leslie Fhima, who is rumored to be in contention for the role as the first “Golden Bachelorette.”
And a special golden girl will be officiating the ceremony: Kris Jenner lookalike Susan Noles, who became a stand out on “The Golden Bachelor,” will marry her friends during the televised event.
