When contacted for comment, Ambrosole’s lawyer told us, “It is peculiar and unfortunate that Mr. Ambrosole has been arrested for something that allegedly occurred over 18 months ago. My client unequivocally denies these allegations and looks forward to exercising his right to a jury trial.”

We have also reached out to police for the probable cause affidavit.

This is the SEO expert’s second arrest in less than two months, as we previously broke the news that he was cuffed for felony assault with a deadly weapon and felony domestic battery on April 14 after allegedly attacking Harley.

The affidavit for probable cause, obtained by Page Six at the time, stated that Ambrosole had gotten into an altercation with the real estate agent, 36, because she would not identify who she was texting while they were trying to be intimate.

The document stated Harley claimed her beau had “pinned her head down to the bed” before dragging “her down the stairs by her hair” and then “repeatedly” banged her head against the stove.

The “Jersey Shore: Family Vacation” alum, who divides her time between Miami and Las Vegas, obtained a “stay away order” against Ambrosole and relocated to Sin City with their 7-month-old son, Jayden.

In response, Ambrosole filed a petition of paternity in an attempt to prevent Harley from leaving the country with Jayden.

Before Harley began dating Ambrosole, the realtor was in a tumultuous relationship with Ortiz-Magro, 38, from 2017 to 2019. She shares 6-year-old daughter Ariana with the MTV personality and is also the mother of 17-year-old son Mason, whom she welcomed with ex-husband Joshua Rogers.
