Danielle Olivera exits ‘Summer House’ after 7 seasons: ‘Heartbreaking decision’

It’s the end of an era.

Danielle Olivera is leaving “Summer House” ahead of Season 9 after seven years on the Bravo reality series.

“I wanted to share that I’ve come to the heartbreaking decision to not return as a full time cast member on the upcoming season of Summer House,” Olivera, 35, said in a statement via Instagram Tuesday, adding that her choice “didn’t come without a tremendous amount of thought.”

“If I can’t put 100% of myself into filming, genuinely and authentically, it really doesn’t feel right doing it in a full time capacity,” she shared, noting that “the network, production, [her] cast, and especially all of [the viewers] deserve that.”

“Right now I need to protect and prioritize the things that matter most to me — my company, my people, and of course myself,” she added.

The New Jersey native went on to thank NBCUniversal, Bravo and Truly Original for “understand[ing]” and “support[ing]” her decision.

Olivera joined “Summer House” as a full-time cast member in Season 2, which premiered in January 2018.

Olivera — who has also appeared on “Winter House” — teased that fans might still get to see her in some capacity, writing, “However I’m involved this summer, you can bet I’ll be rooting for another incredible season from my Summer House fam.”

She and her best friend Lindsay Hubbard had a major falling out during Season 7, but the two were able to reconcile the following year as the latter’s engagement to Carl Radke — whom Olivera once dated — unraveled.

When Page six caught up with Olivera in March, she said she didn’t think the exes could live together in a shared weekend house to film the show.

“We might need some time. Yeah, we need a lot of time,” she shared at the time, adding, “To be fair, I thought that I would never speak to Lindsay again. That was just so heartbreaking to me, but here we are. So crazier things have happened.”
