Where Braunwyn Windham-Burke stands with daughter Rowan after she slammed ‘RHOC’ alum as a ‘narcissist’
This mother-daughter duo is doing better these days.
Braunwyn Windham-Burke says she and 21-year-old daughter Rowan have made up after a “falling out” that made headlines earlier this year.
“Row and I had a falling out. Some things have happened [where] she’s needed me and of course, because I’m her mom, I’ll be there,” the “Real Housewives of Orange County” alum, 46, tells Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” podcast during an exclusive joint interview with fiancée Jennifer Spinner.
“So my relationship with the kids is good right now,” emphasizes Windham-Burke, who shares seven children with ex-husband Sean Burke.
This update comes months after Rowan blasted her mother and maternal grandmother, Deborah Windham, as “narcissists” — while defending her father, Burke — in a heated social media post.
“I’m done with the lies and I’m done with them trying to blast his name. Maybe for ONCE in my life someone will listen to me. Don’t believe these lies. I obviously know what’s true. And it’s not what she wrote in that caption,” the dancer wrote.
Rowan was referring to a specific Instagram caption from Windham-Burke that accused Burke of “abuse and manipulation.” (The two are currently navigating a contentious post-divorce legal battle marked by clashes over Burke’s alleged refusal to make child support and alimony payments to Windham-Burke.)
“I’m done with my mother and grandma spreading lies about my dad online. My dad is amazing. He is my rock, he is my greatest supporter,” Rowan added in a subsequent post. “I only have 1 narcissist [sic] parent and it’s my mother.”
Meanwhile, her younger sibling Jacob, 18 — who uses “he/him/she/her” pronouns — called Windham-Burke an “abuser, liar and manipulator” while speaking out in support of Burke.
Despite the friction, the former Bravolebrity asserts that all is well today with Rowan and Jacob. “The relationship is great with the older kids,” she says.
However, the mom of seven — who, in addition to Rowan and Jacob, shares Bella, 23, twins Caden and Curren, 10, Koa, 9, and Hazel, 7, with Burke — says that the dynamic with her ex is “not great.”

“With Sean, it’s really hard. He’s very uncommunicative. He doesn’t reply to emails, he doesn’t tell me what’s going on with the children. He doesn’t give me important information,” she claims.
“There was sort of, like, a crisis the other day and I had no way of knowing except for my oldest daughter told me. He’s gotten a little hostile.”
Spinner, 39 — who revealed to us that she is freezing her eggs as she and Windham-Burke plan to have a baby of their own — acknowledges that it’s “hard” to co-parent with Burke at the moment.
“I don’t think it will always be hard,” she tells us. “I think that he is going through his own process of dealing with their marriage ending.”
Windham-Burke finally filed for divorce from Burke in October 2022 after an extended separation from the businessman. The TV personality — who came out as a lesbian in December 2020 — proposed to Spinner in July 2023.
