Halle Berry dazzled in a sheer black dress at the red carpet premiere of her new Netflix movie co-starring Mark Wahlberg, “The Union,” in Los Angeles Monday.
The 57-year-old “Catwoman” star showed off her famous curves in the lingerie-inspired look, comprised of a plunging, long-sleeved mesh bodysuit and midi skirt accented with floral lace.
Berry complemented the look with strappy pumps and wore her short bob in loose, center-parted waves.
Fans on social media applauded the Oscar winner’s daring style choice and perennially youthful appearance.
“Because I can.” That’s what Halle Berry told me tonight at the premiere of Netflix’s The Union when I asked her about the sheer black dress she wore to the Egyptian. Yes, she can!” the Hollywood Reporter’s Chris Gardner wrote on X (formerly Twitter) of his red carpet exchange with the star.

But Berry’s head-turning appearance at the movie premiere isn’t her only memorable lingerie moment of the year.
Back in January, she embraced the no-pants trend by sharing a photo herself posing in a lace bodysuit and gold blazer to ring in the new year.
