Former New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo has a pad in NYC, we hear.
There has been speculation over where the former pol will be living — since reports emerged that his sister, Maria, and her husband, designer Kenneth Cole, are selling their Westchester home.
Back in 2021, The Post reported that Cuomo dumped his stuff at his sister’s place — about 14 miles south of where he once lived with ex-longtime girlfriend Sandra Lee — when he left the Governor’s mansion in upstate Albany.
The estate in Purchase is now up for sale for $22 million and includes 11,800 square feet of living space.
Records at the time showed that Cuomo did not own property in his name.
But he’d actually revealed to Rosanna Scotto in an interview last year that he also has a place in New York City — which has previously gone unnoticed.
Back in December, the FOX5 host asked Cuomo in an exchange on her show, caught by an eagle-eyed spy, “All right. Before we go, do you live in New York City? Because you know that’s an option about, you know, keeping your options open.”
Cuomo told Scotto, “I have an apartment in New York City. I live in Westchester and I go back and forth,” but he did not elaborate on where the place is located.
Reports have said he’d have to find a new voting home if his sister sells the Westchester house.
There has been buzz of a potential political comeback for Cuomo, possibly as a mayoral candidate.
“OK. Just checking,” Scotto said at the time.
Page Six previously reported that the ousted gov was in the Hamptons last weekend to raise money for his antisemitism non-profit, Never Again, NOW!
A spy at the event — hosted by Daryl and Irwin Simon and Jennifer Bayer Michaels — said that it attracted “over 100 attendees on a busy Sunday afternoon with a lot of events going on,” including a fundraiser by Gov. Kathy Hochul.
The pro-Cuomo source quipped of a comeback, “It wasn’t a matter of will he or won’t he, it’s that he must.”
It’s technically not illegal to run for mayor if you don’t live in NYC, until Election Day that is, according to the rules.
But he already seems to have the digs.
