That’s right, the dating app is serving up a new ‘grunt’ notification sound that goes off when users ‘tap’ on a potential match. The opt-in grunt noise, available today through the end of September, is a humorous celebration of tennis, the often sexually charged sport that the gay community loves to play (with everything from short shorts to fuzzy balls flying in faces) and brings to life the brand’s Gayborhood mission to connect users to what they’re INTO in-app and IRL.
