Score 'Burger Day' Restaurant Deals Thursday In CA

CALIFORNIA — Heads up, burger lovers! Thursday is your day.

"National Burger Day" is May 28, and California restaurants are making it easy for us to celebrate with burger-friendly steals and deals on their menus.

Coinciding with "National Burger Day" is "The Great American Takeout Burger Bash."

Strike a pose with your take-out burger (shakes and fries can be in the pic, too!), and on May 28 post the photo with two hashtags, #TheGreatAmericanTakeout and #Sweepstakes, and follow @thegreatamericantakeout on Instagram, or @TheGATakeout on Twitter, and you’ll be entered to win a year of free hamburgers — which, in short, will be a $2,600 gift card, according to organizers. DOG HAUS: On Thursday, May 28, participating Dog Haus locales are serving the signature Haus Burger for $5.
