CALIFORNIA —Nothing says "Be Mine" like a cocktail especially curated for Valentine's Day, which falls this year on Friday, Feb. 14.

Credit for the "Love Potion," a blend of gin, grapefruit juice, liqueur and a splash of lavender iced tea, goes to Trevor Tyler, the senior beverage director at the Eureka! restaurants.

You can mix it up at home, order it through Feb. 16 at the chain's eateries, or sign up for Eureka!'s "Love Potion Cocktail Class" on Tuesday, Feb. 11.
