"Halloween has gone to the dogs, in the best paw-sible way!
"Join us for the first ever Howl-o-ween celebration including a costume contest, a pet parade and a photo opportunity.
"Costume categories include: silliest, most original, best owner/dog duo and best impersonation.
"Polite, leashed dogs welcome (No retractable leashes). Dogs must be current on all necessary vaccinations.
"All registered participants will receive a themed toy and a treat.
"Costume categories include: silliest, most original, best owner/dog duo, and best impersonation.
"Cost:$10 (R) $12 (NR)."
