Warriors Fever Grips East Bay! Show Us Your Blue and Gold Pride, Dublin!

The Golden State Warriors are advancing to the NBA playoffs. The first game is Saturday. We have the full schedule. #DubNation #Warriors

Warriors fever is spreading through the East Bay! After concluding the regular season Wednesday night with a 133-126 victory over the Denver Nuggets, the Warriors will start a best-of-seven playoff series against the New Orleans Pelicans at 12:30 p.m. Saturday at Oracle Arena. Full playoff schedule here.

Alameda-Contra Costa Transit buses have been emblazoned with “Go Warriors,” and rally cards are available for pickup at Oakland City Hall, the Visit Oakland offices at 481 Water St. in Jack London Square, and the Oakland Chamber of Commerce at 475 14th St. The Golden State Warriors flag has been raised at City Hall as well.

Social media is buzzing with the excitement about the Warriors. Among the hundreds of posts about the team on Twitter, point guard Stephen Curry tweeted, “Lock in! #DubNation” and television host Ruby Lopez tweeted, “Can’t believe 8 years with the @warriors have flown by! This has by far been the most exciting season, let’s keep it going #DubNation!”
