Patch reader Paul Kamen shared this photo of the East Bay Rough Riders El Cerrito Dragon Boat Team at the Berkeley Marina.
“The East Bay “Rough Riders” youth dragon boat team, drawn mostly from El Cerrito High, practicing in the Bay last Saturday,” Kamen said. “The team uses boats operated by the Berkeley Racing Canoe Center, based at M-Dock in the Berkeley Marina. Team membership is open to youth from any Bay Area school. Practice sessions are Wednesday 4:30 a.m. -5:30 a.m. and Saturday 11:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m..”
