Exer Urgent Care Opens Hollywood Clinic In Sycamore District

HOLLYWOOD, CA — Exer Urgent Care opened a new clinic in Hollywood on Wednesday, their 20th location in Southern California. The facility will be located at 7077 Willoughby Ave., between Melrose Avenue and Santa Monica Boulevard in the Sycamore District.

The Hollywood location will be open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. seven days a week. Staffed by ER doctors and medical professionals, the site will offer on-site x-rays, IVs, splinting, laceration and diagnostics, along with coronavirus tests.

CEO Rob Mahan spoke at a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Wednesday morning celebrating the new clinic.

community and help ease the strain on emergency rooms and hospitals during the COVID-19 pandemic,”said Rob Mahan, CEO at Exer. “We are excited to serve Hollywood residents seeking medical attention with a viable ER healthcare alternative at our new, convenient location.”

The company says they can treat 80 percent of the cases seen in an ER. Along with in-person visits, Exer's VirtualCare platform allows patients to meet in real-time over video chat, while the recently-introduced Virtual Line limits the amount of time spent in a waiting room.

Exer recently opened a location in West Hollywood, and late last year opened a clinic in Marina Del Rey.
