HOLLYWOOD, CA — A new under-the-radar cocktail and wine spot just opened in Hollywood. Hideout Sycamore is now open for business along Sycamore Avenue, adjacent to other popular cafes such as Tartine and Gigi's.

Hideout held their grand opening ceremony last weekend. The new establishment is operated by veteran bartender Julian Cox, who was named one of Food & Wine's most influential bartenders in 2014.

The bar will offer a slim, rotating menu featuring a tight selection of handcrafted speacilty drinks. According to Eater LA, several drinks will feature liquid nitrogen, used to breakdown the cell walls of fruity mixers to release even more flavor into the beverage.
