"Flora in Focus" Art Show Returns to Livermore Public Library

Livermore, CA - "Flora in Focus," the beloved flower-inspired art show, is making its return to the Livermore Public Library this August. Organized by a talented group of local floral artists, the exhibit is on display from August 1 to 31 at the Livermore Public Library, located at 1188 South Livermore Ave., Livermore, CA.
The highlight of the exhibition is a reception on Saturday, August 17, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm, where community members are warmly invited to enjoy refreshments, meet the artists, and participate in a raffle featuring unique prizes.
The show will feature a diverse array of floral artworks in various mediums, including colored pencil, acrylic, watercolor, oil, gouache, glass, mixed media, and East Asian brush painting techniques. Visitors can look forward to the creative expressions of participating artists Helene Roylance, , Monique Makepeace, Charlotte Severin, Wei-Ting Chuang , Usha Shukla, Jenna Hobbs, Lynda Briggs, Tejal Shah , Ranjini Venkatachari, Rekha Joshi, Peggy Kervin and Meghana Mitragotri.
In addition to celebrating the beauty of floral art, "Flora in Focus" represents a celebration of friendship among these artists, where art has helped forge lasting connections.
