SANTA MONICA, CA — Residents of an apartment building in Santa Monica say they've been terrorized for months by a man who walks around the complex nude and has hurled racist insults at residents, touched himself in front of children and defecated in parking spots, KTLA reported.

The incidents have been occurring at an apartment building on 20th Street near Pico Boulevard. Residents told KTLA that a man, who is a resident of the building, walks around naked at all hours of the day and sometimes exhibits more extreme behavior.

“I’ve seen him defecate in the parking stalls. Whatever he uses to wipe himself, he brings it throughout here," one resident told KTLA.

Another female resident said the man has called her "slave," "bitch," and the N-word. He also told her he was going to kill her, according to KTLA, which published photos of the man's naked escapades.

On Memorial Day, several residents said the man began touching himself inappropriately in front of a pool full of children.

"We were out here celebrating, and it was belligerent. It was out of control,” one resident told KTLA.

Residents say the building owners have done nothing to curb the man's behavior and they've called the police several times.

A Santa Monica Police Department representative told KTLA police have responded to every call and have taken reports, which they turned over to the city attorney for filing consideration.
