Kruczynski announced she was leaving WFSB last month, and The Laurel hinted that her departure was due to her joining an undisclosed station in Boston.

At WHDH, Kruczynski joins fellow former Connecticut news reporter, Dave Puglisi, who recently recovered from a back injury he suffered after being struck by a vehicle.
