Why does your mom rock?

I would say my mom rocks, but that’s an understatement. My dad passed in 2011 and ever since she has taken the role of provider. She has been working hard every day for the past 4 years to put food on the table, clothes on our backs and a roof over our heads. She has never asked to be rewarded or appreciated; she just does it.

She has had many different jobs but she works doubles as a waitress everyday to make ends meet while she also provides emotional support and pushes us to do well in school. With all these jobs she also finds time to be my number one fan and be at every game and gives rides to every practice and cheer me on.I am blessed to call her mom and I’m sure all my brothers will agree.

She also gives back to the community every chance she gets. She puts others before herself and during all this she somehow found a way to make herself better and lose over 100 pounds. She is hands down the hardest working and best mom in this world.
